The skirt also featured sheer mesh side panels that gave us naughty glimpses at Katy's thighs! But it wasn't just the ensemble that took our breath away — we were equally delighted by her bold plum lips and the dark blue A-Esque knotted headband in her hair! And her second look of the night was just as awesome! Katy changed into a black Kokon To Zai dress decorated with cameo portraits to present the award for female artist! She even had time to rework her hair into a two-toned ponytail! Her delicate nose ring and the sparkly jewel on her tooth were the cherry on top of two perfect outfit sundaes! She just slayed us so hard!
